Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks a professional to implement new or renewing accounts, update products with new legislation, and coordinate enterprise-wide rollout. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to describe progress, issues, and risks while applying best practices in product lifecycle and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with 2 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience
• Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience
• 4 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience
• Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
• Preferred: Knowledge of product, marketing, sales, and claims adjudication
• Strong written, executive presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Implementing new or renewing accounts, new legislation, and products across the enterprise
• Coordinate implementation with cross-functional HCSC teams and internal stakeholders
• Manage implementation project activities of low to moderate complexity
• Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret marketing, legislative, financial, and operating data
• Stay informed on best practices and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales, and legislative developments
