Job summary

HCSC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to implement new or renewing accounts, navigate regulatory changes, and coordinate enterprise-wide product rollouts. You will work with diverse teams to craft progress updates, manage risks, and deliver clear artifacts throughout projects.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor degree with marketing/health insurance exposure or related 3–4 year experience, plus proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with 2 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience.
• Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience.
• 4 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience.
• Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process.
• PC proficiency to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new or renewing accounts and products across the enterprise.
• Coordinate the implementation with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Produce communications and implementation artifacts describing progress, issues and risks.
• Manage implementation project activities of low to moderate complexity.
• Gather, organize, analyze and interpret marketing, legislative, financial and operating data.
• Stay informed of best practices and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales and account implementation.
