UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to assist in planning, organizing, delegating and auditing HVAC equipment maintenance, repair and other duties.

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, performing inspections, keeping maintenance logs, ordering supplies and ensuring clean, safe work areas. The role may require on-call support and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA CFC Recovery Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.

Responsabilités

• Installs, maintains and repairs HVAC systems and related components.
• Performs inspections and records findings in logbook.
• Maintains records, logs and orders supplies as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and safe; follows safety standards.
• Responds to calls and emergencies; may be on-call.
