Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities across hospital, clinics, and medical office buildings.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose problems via routine inspections and execute repairs.
• Complete work orders accurately using tracking/documentation systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and system failures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Support energy management by efficient operation of building systems.
