Skywood Recovery Center in Augusta, MI seeks an experienced Manager, Human Resources to align business objectives with employees and facility leadership. You will advise the CEO on HR matters, ensure staffing adequacy, and protect policy compliance across the campus.

The role provides expert guidance on investigations, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence while supporting recruitment, compensation equity, and HR record-keeping for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Healthcare experience and/or experience with co-occurring disorders a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in line with laws and regulations.
• Respond to employee relations issues; conduct investigations and provide recommendations.
• Manage employee relations and collaborate with leadership on complex matters.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Keep employee records up to date and process status changes timely.
• Oversee full cycle recruitment within designated facilities.
• Collaborate on position control plans and budget alignment.
• Monitor compensation equity and wage/hour compliance.
• Maintain HR files to ensure regulatory compliance.
