Qualifications

• 3 years generalist HR experience required.
• 2 years in HR management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory service to employees on absence, conduct, grievances, and organizational change.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding functions for the hospital.
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll data for corporate processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
• Maintain HR records and administer benefits and compensation programs.
• Promote safety and infection control standards across the hospital.
