Haven of Paris is seeking an organized, dependable HR Director / Office Manager to oversee human resources operations and day-to-day administrative functions in our Paris facility. This role emphasizes employee relations, payroll, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and strong office management.

The ideal candidate will bring healthcare experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in HR, office management, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with background checks and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage HRIS data, personnel records, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll processes.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead recruitment and staffing efforts, including CNA programs and community outreach.
• Address employee concerns and enforce company policies.
• Reduce reliance on staffing agencies through effective recruitment.
• Coordinate background checks and OIG screening where applicable.
• Maintain personnel files and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and policy adherence.
• Support medical records handling and confidential document management.
• Assist with general office administration and communications.
