Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR files and confidentiality.
• Perform HR data entry, reporting, and auditing for personnel data.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientations.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Attend job fairs and community outreach to promote opportunities.
• Record minutes and assist with internal communications and HR metrics.
