Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide local HR support to employees and be the face of the HR office. You will guide staff to the correct self-service portal or HR service center and assist the HRBP team with coordinating information.

You will manage local orientation programs, coordinate engagement activities, and support compliance initiatives, benefits enrollment, and learning & development efforts at the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist local HR support to employees and guide them to the correct self-service portal or HR service center.
• Support HR Business Partner and managers by collecting and coordinating information.
• Coordinate local orientation programs and content delivery.
• Assist with compliance initiatives by gathering information for audits.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Manage benefits enrollment by conducting information sessions and directing employees to resources.
• Assist managers with salary and incentive planning processes.
• Help employees returning from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp inquiries.
