Job summary

HCA Healthcare's St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide local HR support to staff and serve as the face of the HR office. You will guide employees to the self-service portal and support the HR Business Partner team with information gathering.

You will coordinate orientations, assist with audits, manage benefits enrollment, support salary planning, and help with leaves and absence inquiries as part of a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide local HR support to employees and direct to self-service portals.
• Support HR Business Partner teams and managers with information collection.
• Coordinate local orientation programs and content delivery.
• Assist with compliance initiatives and audits.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Manage benefits enrollment and direct employees to resources.
• Assist managers with salary and incentive planning processes.
• Support Leaves of Absence and Workers’ Comp inquiries.
