Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager in Florida to oversee the support services operations and coordinate frontline associates. You will serve as a liaison between administration and units, delivering the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, participating in hiring, supervising supervisory staff, and reporting progress. Leadership, client relations, and compliance within a healthcare facility are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to operate in a changing and stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orientates, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Reports monthly goals, accomplishments, and plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Coordinates with staff, administration, and other departments.
