Qualifications

• 4 years of support services or facilities experience favored.
• Supervisory experience in a high-touch service environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee frontline support services operations.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and service delivery to ensure quality.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new associates.
• Develop and supervise supervisory staff; conduct training.
• Perform regular inspections and recommend improvements.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals and plans.
• Communicate across departments and with administration.
• Coordinate external services (pest control, cleaning, waste, etc.).
