Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on functional experience with HCM systems (Core HCM & Compensation).
• 2+ years consulting experience in healthcare environments.
• 4+ years hands-on functional experience with HCM and compensation (Senior role) preferred.
• Experience with Recruiting, Learning, or Talent modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and Core Compensation deployments for healthcare customers.
• Gather requirements, configure, convert data, and test solutions.
• Mentor and coach other consultants across projects.
• Communicate project status and risks to Engagement Managers.
