Qualifications

• 7+ of experience in healthcare or business development required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs business development strategy, identifies business opportunities and develops strategic planning initiatives to balance financial objectives and priorities.
• Develop and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth; operationalize growth and physician alignment strategies.
• Identify high priority strategic opportunities, risks, key capital projects, and potential acquisitions and partnerships.
• Ensure each strategic initiative has a robust and complete business plan, including market data and a strong financial pro forma.
• Lead development and execution of strategies in business development, physician relations, and community engagement.
• Develop strategic partnerships, physician recruitment and onboarding plans.
• Oversee onboarding/off-boarding communications, activities, and events for physicians.
• Leverage data and business intelligence to analyze market and internal dynamics; evaluate trends to anticipate issues and opportunities.
