Job summary

Starlite Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to expand referral networks and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on physician and non-physician referrals, collaboration with care teams, and strategic market development in the Hill Country region of Texas.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare business development and supervisory experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development.
• One or more years’ supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow lines of service by developing/retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources.
• Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referrals.
• Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to physicians, patients and market facility groups/individuals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan to increase revenues.
• Document activity in Salesforce and analyze market demographics for patient populations.
• Hire, train and manage department staff to ensure efficient operation.
