Job summary

Starlite Recovery Center in Center Point, TX, is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead referral development and growth across two campuses. You will work to expand physician referrals and grow service lines while ensuring quality outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with discharge planners, physicians, and management to implement marketing plans, manage Salesforce activity, and monitor market demographics for strategy adjustment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development.
• One or more years’ supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources.
• Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to consumer, physician and market facility groups/individuals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan to increase revenues and profits.
• Document activity in Salesforce and analyze market demographics for patient populations.
• Close new referral sources with face-to-face meetings and follow-up as needed.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
