Starlite Recovery Center in the Hill Country, southeast of Kerrville and about 30 minutes from Boerne, Texas, seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to grow referral sources through physicians and other non-physician channels.

The role requires five or more years in healthcare business development and at least one year of supervising staff. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years’ related healthcare business development experience.
• One or more years’ supervisor experience required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources.
• Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to consumer, physician and market facility groups/individuals.
• Document all activity in Salesforce.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to increase revenues and profits for the facility.
• Ensure referral priorities align with the organization’s vision and strategic goals.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
