Job summary

Slalom in Chicago is seeking a Client Partner at Director level to grow our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) portfolio with a focus on retail pharmacy. Lead opportunities, guide delivery teams, and partner with clients to set strategic direction, while building strong executive relationships across health systems, payers, providers and life sciences organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting or equivalent.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Comfortable selling to C-suite and senior executives.
• Must live within commutable distance to Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead opportunities in managed healthcare and life sciences accounts.
• Sell across HCLS portfolio including clinical, operational, digital, data, and regulatory initiatives.
• Own full lifecycle of consulting sales and pre-sales motions.
• Develop annual account plans and drive growth.
• Lead delivery teams and ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
