Job summary

Relavix Health Group seeks a Medical Center Liaison (Director of Business Development) for Hillsboro Health & Rehab to lead census growth and expand referrals. You will cultivate hospital and physician partnerships, conduct facility tours, and present education sessions for prospective residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or related healthcare sales roles.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and post-acute care referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Execute strategic marketing and business development plans that drive admissions growth and census.
• Represent the facility at networking events and industry meetings; promote services and outcomes.
