CorsoCare Personal Care in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to grow personal care services in private homes across Kent County. This full-time role offers salary plus commission and frequent travel to partner facilities.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals and paid referral sources, lead strategic initiatives with the navigator team, and collaborate across business lines to expand revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably clinical sales.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs and referral sources.
• Collaborate with navigator team and operations.
• Provide tools and collateral to navigators and stakeholders.
• Develop skilled nursing facility partnerships.
• Educate patients and professionals to increase engagement.
• Use CRM to document sales activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address issues.
• Maintain weekly schedule and detailed business plan.
• Track leads with Win the Day scorecard.
