Job summary

Gardner-Webb University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Recruiter for Healthcare Programs to recruit prospective students and achieve enrollment goals for RN to BSN, ABSN, graduate Nursing, and related programs. You’ll build pipelines, engage with healthcare partners, and guide students from inquiry to enrollment with a student-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of professional experience in college admission, student recruitment, healthcare, relationship development, sales, customer service, or a closely related area.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with prospective students, academic partners, employers, and organizations.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries with personalized service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students for graduate healthcare programs and meet enrollment goals.
• Develop pipelines and outreach with healthcare and professional organizations.
• Engage students from inquiry through enrollment with personalized communication.
• Collaborate with academic leadership and university partners on recruitment strategies.
