Job summary

Gardner-Webb University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Recruiter for Business and Professional Programs to recruit prospective students and achieve enrollment goals for graduate business programs, including the Master of Public Administration.

The role involves building pipelines, engaging with employers and professional networks, and coordinating with university partners to communicate GWU’s mission and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop productive relationships with prospective students, academic partners, and employers.
• Ability to manage high volume of prospective students with personalized service.
• Experience using Slate CRM and Banner or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students for graduate business and professional programs and meet enrollment goals.
• Manage inquiries through application, admission, enrollment with personalized communications.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, text, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, organizations, and academic partners.
• Travel as needed for recruitment events and fairs.
