Gardner-Webb University seeks a Graduate Admissions Recruiter for Healthcare Programs to drive enrollment in RN to BSN, ABSN, and graduate nursing and related programs. The role builds pipelines, relationships with healthcare organizations, and maintains personalized engagement from inquiry to enrollment.

The recruiter will manage multiple programs, travel as needed, and work evenings/weekends during peak seasons, aligning with GWU's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 1+ year of professional experience in college admission, student recruitment, healthcare, or related fields.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop productive relationships with prospective students, academic partners, employers, and communities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a high volume of prospective students with personalized service.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, populations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends during recruitment seasons.
• Experience using technology to manage communication, records, or CRM systems.
• Commitment to ethical admission practices and confidentiality.
• Alignment with Gardner-Webb University Christian mission.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for university recruitment.
• Ability to travel as needed and work independently as part of a team.
