Job summary

Gardner-Webb University is seeking a Graduate Admissions Recruiter for Business and Professional Programs in Boiling Springs, NC. You will drive recruitment, build relationships with employers and education partners, and manage the full enrollment process from inquiry through admission.

You will work with academic leadership, Enrollment Operations, and Marketing to execute program-specific recruitment strategies, while maintaining current knowledge of program requirements and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop productive relationships with prospective students, academic partners, and employers.
• Experience communicating with a high volume of prospective students and providing personalized service.
• Experience using technology to manage communication, records, or customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students for assigned graduate business and professional programs and achieve enrollment goals.
• Manage prospective students from inquiry to enrollment through personalized communication and follow-up.
• Communicate with prospective and admitted students via phone, text, email, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.
• Develop targeted outreach for inquiries, incomplete applicants, admitted students, and non-converters.
• Travel as needed and participate in evening and weekend recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with employers, government and nonprofit organizations, alumni, and professional associations to strengthen pipelines.
