Job summary

Voy is recruiting a diligent Warehouse Operative for our fulfilment site in Wallingford. You will own receiving, storing, picking and shipping of goods, ensuring safety and accuracy in a regulated pharmacy environment.

This role suits someone who works well under pressure and takes pride in getting things right first time. You'll join a growing team, report to the Warehouse & Systems Manager, and work five days per week on site, with occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

• On-site work in Wallingford, 5 days per week
• Forklift licence preferred
• Meticulous about detail and accuracy; picking errors affect patients
• Organised with strong time management under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively
• Previous warehouse experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and ship goods for fulfilment
• Maintain safety and accuracy standards in a regulated pharmacy environment
• Report to Warehouse & Systems Manager
• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly
