Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and route a high-volume of incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Greet visitors and maintain front-desk security and visitor procedures.
• Perform data entry, filing, copying, and other clerical tasks.
• Coordinate information between departments and assist accounts payable and leadership as needed.
• Maintain front-desk logs and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
