As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will greet visitors, verify IDs, monitor entry points, document deliveries, and respond to incidents calmly following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required for employment.
• Licensing may be required depending on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and visitor access.
• Monitor access points, receive and document deliveries, and maintain visitor and incident records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and communicate security concerns to leadership.
