Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Welcome Desk) in Woonsocket, RI. You will staff the front desk, manage access, and greet patients, visitors, and staff at a healthcare location.

The role offers a part-time schedule with day and evening shifts and pay rate of $17.01 per hour. You will support security-related procedures and emergency response with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain a professional presence.
• Monitor visitor entry, maintain logs, issue visitor badges, and communicate access concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Observe front desk activities and report suspicious activity or policy violations per site procedures.
