Job summary

Bayshore Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center in Tampa, FL seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet visitors, and direct calls. The role offers a 9am–5pm dayshift with full-time or part-time hours, competitive pay and room to grow within a caring healthcare team.

You will handle inquiries, direct guests, maintain files and assist applicants with employment documents, ensuring timely interview scheduling and smooth intake for our center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior receptionist, administrative support, or related office or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have basic computer skills with ability to navigate windows and internet programs.
• Must have great customer service skills and ability to multitask between phone, emails, systems and walk-ins.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors per center protocols.
• Maintain the center directory and direct calls to appropriate contacts.
• Manage the main phone line and office files/records.
• Assist job applicants with employment documents and coordinate interviews.
• Support hiring managers with interview scheduling and logistics.
