Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to deliver courteous front-desk service, route calls, and greet visitors at the Corpus Christi clinic. You will perform basic administrative tasks and support clinic operations, reporting onsite to the Clinic Administrator at 6182 Dunbarton Oak Dr., Suite B.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for 1 year in a healthcare setting or strong customer service, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year+ healthcare experience preferred; strong customer service background in retail/hospitality/call centers considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls accurately and courteously.
• Greet and assist visitors on-site at the Conviva Care Center.
• Perform basic administrative/clerical tasks and support operations.
