Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and at service time.
• Update patient insurance and demographic information in the system.
• Maintain accurate registration documentation and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Schedule, reschedule, and document appointments and no-shows.
• Provide information on center services and appointment requirements.
