Qualifications

• Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Greet and assist potential residents and visitors.
• Manage both internal and external calls, taking messages.
