Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Concierge for the 11am-7pm shift. The role focuses on a warm welcome, information, and front-desk coordination for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

The Concierge will answer calls, handle messages, perform clerical tasks, and help create a calm, professional environment. A CNA license is strongly preferred, and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service required; healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and accurately.
• Provide information and assist residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support front-desk operations.
• Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors to create a welcoming impression.
• Coordinate information flow and manage day-to-day front-desk duties.
