Job summary

AltaMed is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support, to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within the FP&A function. You will support multiple business units and help enhance financial performance in a value-based care model.

You will partner with senior leaders, build models, and implement solutions that inform strategic decisions. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and delivering insights that influence resource allocation and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related finance/strategic planning experience, preferably in healthcare (FQHC or managed care).
• Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning preferred).
• Experience with databases and SQL programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of annual budget and forecast models.
• Perform analyses of operating results and financial performance for assigned business units.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and value in FP&A.
• Support value-based care transformation by implementing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
