Job summary

Unio Health Partners in California seeks a skilled FP&A Analyst to strengthen our financial planning and strategic decision making. You will build models, analyze performance, and provide insights across revenue, expenses, and capital investments to guide leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in FP&A, healthcare experience, knowledge of revenue cycle management, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders while partnering with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial planning and analysis or related finance/analytical role.
• Healthcare experience required, preferably within a physician practice, medical group, hospital, or other healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
• Currently living in California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses and recommend actions.
• Develop and monitor KPI reporting and insights.
• Lead the forecasting process for revenue, expenses, and capex.
• Analyze market trends in healthcare and revenue cycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
