Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to deliver data-driven insights and drive value-based initiatives.

The role demands healthcare finance expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years of management experience in the healthcare industry, including population health experience.
• Experience with analytics and technology, relationship management and operationalizing value-based contracts, value-based and risk-based healthcare models, and vendor selection and management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and external consultants.
