You will partner with the CFO and executive teams to drive reimbursement analytics, payer strategies, and performance reporting, shaping financial strategy and operational decisions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in hospital, health system, or multispecialty physician finances preferred.
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong modeling, analytics, and data visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of hospital financial operations and healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement.
• Experience with reimbursement modeling, payer analytics, and managed care evaluation.

• Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Develop models to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner with executives and departments on financial strategy.
• Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
