Job summary

ZS is seeking a capable analytics professional to join its Insights & Analytics group in South San Francisco. You will develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, build patient-based and scenario forecasts, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

You will work with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze data, support planning, and drive business outcomes in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields with strong academics.
• 2–4 years of analytics/forecasting experience; PhD may substitute.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with large datasets and generating insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial revenue forecasting models for product launches and planning.
• Build patient-based and scenario forecasts using diverse data sources.
• Analyze forecast drivers, assess risks, and support strategic decisions.
• Apply quantitative methods to solve complex business problems.
• Create analyses, dashboards, and tools for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align inputs and assumptions.
• Guide forecast governance and perform reviews and performance assessments.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
