Job summary

ZS seeks individuals for its Insights & Analytics group to develop advanced statistical models and actionable insights for client challenges. You’ll design analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, and Excel, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong quantitative background, up to 3 years of experience, and English fluency. The role involves travel, hybrid work, and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong quantitative coursework.
• Up to 3 years post-college experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Programming knowledge (e.g., Java/Python/R).
• Exposure to Hadoop ecosystem and databases.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced statistical models for client issues.
• Use data to guide client and team decision‑making.
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, VBA to inform client needs.
• Synthesize results and present to clients and teams.
• Build client relationships and manage project status updates.
• Create deliverables and implement solutions.
• Mentor Associates on teams.
