Job summary

ZS in South San Francisco is seeking a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant to help design and deliver analytics-driven solutions for clients across life sciences and related industries. You will partner with clients and project leadership to blend industry expertise with analytics and technology to generate strategic recommendations.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and shaping delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

MBA with bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, sciences, engineering or related fields; PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with business application.
In lieu of MBA/PhD, 5–8 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
Up to 3 years post-MBA and 3–5 years pre-MBA work experience.

Responsibilities

Define project scope with leadership and develop the approach.
Lead project task execution, organize data and coordinate meetings.
Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on client issues.
Design and execute qualitative/quantitative analyses to test hypotheses.
Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients.
Provide thought leadership and drive practice evolution.
Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executives.
