Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in quantitative/analytic field.
• 2–4 years of relevant post‑collegiate experience; PhD may substitute.
• Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity and initiative.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• English fluency; client‑first mentality.
• Attention to detail and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models for client issues.
• Leverage analytics to guide client and ZS decisions.
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel.
• Synthesize results and present to clients and teams.
• Develop client relationships and be a project contact.
• Provide project status updates.
• Create deliverables and implement solutions.
• Mentor Associates on teams.
• Advance problem‑solving capabilities.
