Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/Meals on Wheels preferred.
• ServSafe certification at time of hire or within first three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Services Manager with daily operations for congregate and home-delivered meals.
• Help with staff scheduling and coverage to ensure uninterrupted meal service.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.
• Assist with menu implementation, standardized recipes, and dietary accommodations.
• Coordinate with dietitians and interdisciplinary team on participant meal needs.
