Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Food Production Supervisor to plan, administer and direct all unit activities related to food production and culinary operations, ensuring compliance with the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory standards.

You will lead food production staff, collaborate with other departments to deliver a unified patient and staff dining experience, and uphold high quality, safety and service standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in culinary or High School Degree with 3 years lead experience.
• CFPM certification within 90 days of employment.
• Allergen certification within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
