Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Floor Technician at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton, MD. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Prior floor care experience preferred and physical work with up to 50 lbs lift is required. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large areas.
• Carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and extractions.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
