Kindred Hospital South Florida - Hollywood is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee the fiscal services department, including budgeting, accounting, and regulatory reporting. The role supports the CFO, drives accuracy in financial statements, and ensures compliance across hospital operations in South Florida.

The position requires a CPA-preferred candidate with hospital experience, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate multiple departments to meet financial objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, reimbursement, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the fiscal services department policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate reimbursements, budget, patient accounting and general accounting activities.
• Prepare financial reports outlining the hospital’s financial position across assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
• Assist the CFO with budgeting, staffing and strategic financial planning.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting processes.
