Kindred Hospital Paramount and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) seeks a senior finance professional to assist the CFO in managing the fiscal services department, shaping policies on finance, accounting, and auditing.

The role coordinates reimbursements, budgeting, patient accounting, and general accounting, and prepares reports on the hospital's financial position across assets, liabilities, income and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA preferred as an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist CFO in managing financial services department.
• Coordinate reimbursements, budgeting, patient accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial position reports covering assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of hospital financial statements.
• Support audits and internal control processes.
