Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a senior healthcare financial manager to oversee hospital finances, budgeting, and reporting. You will lead audits, coordinate regulatory filings, and advise leadership on cost control and revenue opportunities.

Required 5+ years in healthcare finance with a CPA preferred and a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; a Master’s is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role based in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or business administration is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Field of Study: Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ hospital accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital's overall financial management and budgeting processes.
• Lead monthly closings, audits, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits; report to leadership.
• Advise on cost reduction and revenue opportunities to improve financial health.
