Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Zero to two years of accounting or hospital finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger journal entries and reclassifications as needed for department heads and finance team.
• Analyze month-end financial statements for Financial and Senior Leadership.
• Conduct monthly expense assessments and budget variance justification.
• Assist in preparing annual operating and capital budgets including schedules and assessments.
• Collaborate with unit leaders to communicate payroll and productivity results biweekly.
• Support Finance, Corporate Finance, and Senior Management as needed.
