Job summary

Greenwoodconnections is seeking a qualified leadership professional to oversee the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The role involves supervising the Business Office, managing billing and payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will partner with the Administrator to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement procedures that support high-quality resident care and fiscal health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in the business office of a hospital, nursing home, or other health care facility.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines; current Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Administrator with planning and directing the facility's financial operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the Business Office and billing processes.
• Report monthly financial performance to the Administrator.
• Develop and monitor AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and admissions/billing requirements.
