Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital business office.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines.
• Current or eligible Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists Administrator with planning, directing and evaluating the financial operation of the facility.
• Oversees daily operations of the assisted living, including leases, staffing, and activities.
• Reports monthly financial performance to the Administrator and stakeholders.
• Develops systems to manage billing, A/R, A/P, and payroll using GAAP.
• Ensures compliance with bed-hold, regulatory requirements, and CMS programs.
• Produces monthly income statements and prepares cost reports for agencies.
